Walter Keller joined Advancion as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in October 2024 and oversees the Company’s corporate finance, treasury, financial planning and analysis, tax, investor relations, and risk management activities, as well as the Company’s information technology strategy and function.

Keller has 30 years of international finance and operations experience with an extensive background in corporate finance, working capital improvement, strategy development, private equity, and mergers and acquisitions, primarily within the global specialty chemicals sector. Prior to joining Advancion, he served as CFO at Ascensus Specialties, a private equity owned specialty chemical company. In addition, Keller previously served as the CFO for SACHEM, a privately owned specialty chemical manufacturing company, and held leadership roles at Celanese, including CFO for the Acetyl Chain business. Prior to Celanese, he worked for Arthur Andersen and Hoechst AG.

Keller is a native of Germany and holds a degree in industrial engineering with an emphasis on mechanical engineering and business administration from Giessen-Friedberg University of Applied Sciences in Friedberg, Germany.
